The art of negotiation unleashed

On April 25-26th 2019 in the Pakosław Palace, a training was held on effective trade dialogue with elements of negotiation, conducted by Łukasz Kaca- a trainer and negotiator involved in the agro industry for 10 years- as a part of the quarterly meeting of our purchase department.

The goals of the meeting were to gain knowledge with a view to conducting effective trade dialogue while preserving good relationships with the client, and to develop negotiation skills. The participants learnt about the most common mistakes, existing communication barriers and selecting appropriate arguments in every situation.  Apart from our purchase department employees, the representatives of our sales department and livestock warehouse employees also took part in the meeting.

After the training came the time to review the first quarter of year 2019, the results of which clearly show that we are expanding! OSI POLAND FOODWORKWS is currently operating in 11 voivodships, based on 3 purchase centers. One of the most important events was the launch of a new assembly center in Mieszałki, in Western Pomeranian voivodship. In February we were present at Central Agricultural Fair and in March we participated in meetings organized by Polish Federation of Cattle Breeders and Dairy Farmers.

Another quarter and new challenges are ahead of our purchase department. As always, we wish you good luck!
